He has a strong track record of growing and transforming businesses by empowering people, championing technology, and building differentiated value propositions for customers. Throughout his career, Mark has led complex, multi-site organizations in Calibration, Testing and Inspection Services, driven operational excellence, and successfully scaled platforms through organic growth and digital transformation.
Director of Operational Excellence
With a background spanning process improvement, program and portfolio management, and change leadership, Tamara is known for guiding cross-functional teams through mission-critical initiatives—ranging from digital transformation and business continuity recovery after cyber events to post-merger integration and operational harmonization. A strategic and practical leader, Tamara excels at building end-to-end roadmaps, and driving alignment across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations. She brings a disciplined approach to execution, and a 'get it done' leadership style that helps teams move from complexity to clarity.
Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development
Before joining Precision Point Metrics, Carter provided investment diligence and portfolio support at Keystone Capital, primarily across commercial and industrial services businesses. Prior to that, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), advising family and entrepreneurial owned businesses on transaction execution. Carter brings a strong foundation in mergers & acquisitions, with experience evaluating and executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting value-creation initiatives across industries.
